And regardless of one’s point of view on the notorious “yellow paint” wayfinding markers, there are options to disable them entirely, or to change their color and opacity so that they’re still visible but more understated.

Your boost meter is also your life bar, so boost too much, and you’re toast, but boost too little and you’ll lose! And cheating A.I.? You betcha’! Why do they get unlimited boost?! But, if you can hone your skills as a racer, you’ll experience one of the tightest, speediest racing games around. At least, if you don’t Falcon Punch your system out of frustration.

Ryu is by no means an under-powered protagonist, but “Ninja Gaiden” punishes every single mistake and even fodder opponents are not to be taken lightly.
Alien Isolation’s gameplay alone can be relatively challenging, especially for those that have little experience with the survival horror genre. However, it’s the game’s “One Shot” achievement that makes it so brutal, requiring the player to beat the game without dying.
At its core, Super Meat Boy is a basic, free-flowing, platformer. Its mechanics are well designed and the art style and concepts are engrossing. The only issue is that it will chew players up like yesterday’s dinner before throwing them in the garbage. Those who finish the main campaign and manage to endure its brutality then need to tackle the ‘Dark’ levels – which are even more extreme.

Released back in 2017, Getting Over It is a seemingly simple climbing game that adds a touch of simulation to it. This comes in the form of your mouse that controls a man in a cauldron. This map is created from the perspective of a Maester of Oldtown, and details on the far side of the world are filled in with more guesswork than perfect knowledge.
Little is known of the “solar system” and astronomy of the world Westeros is set in, though in general, it appears to be roughly identical to real-life Earth. Astronomy is rarely mentioned and not very important to the narrative, but there has never been any indication that it is particularly different from real-life. The world in the fictional narrative has one sun. One moon orbits the world, going through lunar phases that make up a “month” (known as a “moon-turn”), equal to a real-world month.
While there is no apparent physical difference between the astronomical bodies of the fantasy world and real-life, certain culture-specific aspects are different, specifically that cultures in Westeros developed different constellations than those in real-life. There is no indication that the stars are outright arranged differently. Rather, because the Ancient Greeks did not exist in their world, logically, figures from Greek mythology such as “Orion” were not used as shapes for constellations: they played “connect-the-dots” differently with the stars in the sky, using figures from their own mythology. For example, one constellation is known as the “Crone’s Lantern”, referencing the Crone from the Faith of the Seven. Another constellation referred to several times in the novels is the Ice Dragon.
